Russian Mustard Chicken

2Large chicken breasts (boneless)
4TbspRussian mustard (Kozlik's sweet russian)
2Garlic cloves, minced
4TbspSoy sauce
Olive oil


  1. Prepare a marinade with the mustard, soy sauce and garlic.

  2. Cut the chicken breasts into 2cm cubes and marinate them for a couple of hours.

  3. Add a tablespoon or two in a heavy bottom pan over medium heat. Pan fry the chicken in small batches. Do not overcrowd the pan. Let it develop some browning. Do not stir often.
